RBI Officers Grade B Admit Card 2023 Selection Process

The selection process for RBI Grade B 2023 involves a three-tier examination. The first phase is an online objective-type exam, followed by the second phase which is an online objective-descriptive exam. The final phase includes a group discussion (GD) and an interview. Phase I Examination: Phase I serves as a screening round for candidates. It is an online objective exam comprising 200 questions, with each question carrying 1 mark. The exam is divided into four sections, and candidates are given a duration of 2 hours to complete it. For every wrong answer, 0.25 marks will be deducted as negative marking.Phase II Examination: Candidates who qualify in Phase I proceed to Phase II. This phase consists of three papers: Economic and Social Issues, English, and Finance and Management. Each paper carries a total of 300 marks. The papers contain both objective and descriptive questions, except for the English language paper. There is a negative marking of 1/4 marks for each incorrect answerPhase III GD/Interview: Candidates who meet the overall and sectional cutoffs are eligible to appear for the final round, which includes a group discussion and an interview.
